The Best College Football Trip Ever Part 7
Feeling rejuvenated after some sleep and a meal, it was time to head to Louisville. We finally put Craig behind the wheel of the car and despite that still made it to Louisville without a problem.
Upon our arrival, we realized we had some extra time before the game against Cincinnati so we popped down the road to the Kentucky Derby Museum at Churchill Downs. We had just a few minutes to check it out, but it was well worth it.

With a couple of hours until the game, we decided to check out the tailgating scene at Louisville and came away impressed. Directly across from Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium, a group of fraternity brothers have a regular spot, thanks to one of them owning the business there.

Bruce showed us around and then invited us to partake in the food and drink, including chicken, pulled pork, mac-n-cheese and more. As well, we met his son-in-law Chris, who told us about some of the other areas to check out in and around the stadium.

As we approached the stadium, we ran directly into the Cincinnati cheerleaders. Of course, we couldn’t resist the opportunity to take a picture with them.

Not to be outdone, a fan of the Bearcats picked Marc up…LITERALLY!

And with that, it was time for the game to be played.
THERE IT IS!
